If I buy for the full version, do I still have to buy it again if there's a new update ?

The game is way better than I expected. But there is 1 issue though. I played on android and sometimes all the button below the screen disappear suddenly. I can't access to the setting, save and load, ect. Does anyone know how to fit it cause that bug kept on forcing me to play the game all over again.
